If you choose to list your property on HouseSwapFinder.com for free, your advert will be active for THREE MONTHS.

When your FREE advert expires, you will have the option to renew each month, for only $1.99 / month.

An email will be sent to you when it is close to expiring and you will have the option to renew the listing from one of the PAID options available. Paid options start from as little as $19.99 for a STANDARD 12 month listing.

If you decide not to renew, then you do not have to do anything further, as your listing will be deleted automatically after 60 days (from the renewal date).
